Some variation of the concept in order



Elements of the conceptual design-


1) A rigid elevated platform such as a mountain or a hill


2) An enclosure with vacuum conditions inside so that high relative velocities can be achieved before breaking the sound barrier


3) A trolley with hyperloop type maglev technology which houses the remaining LV and payload in it's enclosure (if needed)


4) Two Solid boosters which would accelerate the trolley inside the enclosure till the length of the enclosure


5) Magnetic brakes on trolley to decelerate it after release of LV or it can be also shot off the track in projectile motion and can come down on parachutes
